Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 pound cream cheese
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip
  • 2 packages instant chocolate pudding

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and margarine.
  2. Add chopped nuts to the mixture.
  3. Press into an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  4. Bake at 350° F for 10 to 12 minutes and let cool.
  5. Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and Cool Whip until smooth.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  7. Prepare the chocolate pudding with milk and spread over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Top with Cool Whip and chopped nuts.
  9. Refrigerate for 6 hours before serving.
