Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups flour

  • 3 jars baby food plums
  • 2 teaspoons red food color

Instructions

  1. Mix oil, sugar, eggs, and plums in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Add flour, soda, salt, cloves, cinnamon, and red food color; mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour and 15 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
