Ingredients

  • 3 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 2/3 cups toffee and semi-sweet chocolate chips mixture
  • 1 - 9 oz. graham cracker crust or two regular-sized Oreo crusts
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl until well-blended.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract; beat well.
  4. Stir in 1 2/3 cups of toffee and chocolate chips mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker or Oreo crust.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  7. Reduce oven temperature to 250°F (120°C) and continue baking for 30 minutes or until set.
  8. Do not open the oven door during the temperature change.
  9. Cool on a wire rack and then refrigerate until completely chilled.
