Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 24 vanilla wafers
  • 1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Place cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
  2. In each liner, place a vanilla wafer at the bottom.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Spoon the cheese mixture over the vanilla wafers in the liners.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes or until set.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool.
  8. Top each tart with a spoonful of pie filling before serving.
