Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup spaghetti
  • 2 onions
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and pour off fat.
  2. Saute onions in 3 tablespoons of butter.
  3. In 2 quarts of water, add 1 cup of broken spaghetti with 1 teaspoon salt and boil until done; drain spaghetti.
  4. Combine cooked beef, onions, spaghetti, tomato soup, water, and grated cheese in a baking dish.
  5. Bake slowly at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours.
