Ingredients

  • 1 lb chopped ham
  • 4 Tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 c ketchup
  • 1/2 c grated onion
  • 1/2 c grated green pepper

Instructions

  1. Take 1 pound of chopped ham.
  2. Cut the ham into thin slices like dried beef.
  3. Break the ham into small pieces and put into the sauce.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve on warm buns.
  6. May be made in advance.
