Instructions
- Boil vinegar and sugar for 8 minutes.
- Cool.
- Put all vegetables through a coarse food chopper (processor).
- Add salt to vegetables; mix well and let stand for 4 hours.
- Squeeze all the juice out, then add cooled vinegar.
- Put in prepared jars and seal.
