Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. frozen shrimp
  • 1 pkg. sandwich ham, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 to 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 6 cups rice
  • 12 eggs

Instructions

  1. Add ground beef, chopped onion, and chopped bell peppers to a pan; cook until the meat is browned.
  2. While cooking the meat and vegetables, prepare rice until tender.
  3. Boil the frozen shrimp until cooked through.
  4. Scramble eggs in a separate pan until fully cooked.
  5. Combine all cooked ingredients—meat mixture, rice, shrimp, and eggs—together in a large bowl or pan; mix well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot.
