Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped small
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • a little milk
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
  • 2 cups cooked noodles or rice

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Mix the cooked beef with chopped onion, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, a little milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Stir well and heat through. If the mixture appears too thick, add more milk to reach desired consistency.
  4. Serve the beef stroganoff over cooked noodles or rice.
