Christmas Breakfast Sausage
A hearty Christmas breakfast casserole combining sausage, cheese, eggs, and bread, baked to perfection. Perfect for festive mornings with family and friends.

Instructions
- Brown the ground sausage and drain the fat.
- Add chopped green onions to the sausage and cook for one minute.
- Place slices of bread in the bottom of a dripper pan or similar baking dish.
- Layer the cooked sausage and onions on top of the bread.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over the sausage layer.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add prepared mustard, salt, pepper, and milk.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cheese layer.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight to set.
- Before baking, add milk to the cream of mushroom soup and pour the mixture over the casserole.
- Bake uncovered at 325°F (163°C) for 1 hour until set and golden.
