Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 2 slices dry bread
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 1 medium onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • dash of garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Crumble the dry bread into a bowl.
  2. Add water and egg to the bread and mix until the bread is moist.
  3. Add hamburger, chopped onion, salt, pepper, and a dash of garlic salt to the mixture.
  4. Mix well and shape into hamburger patties.
  5. Place the patties on wax paper.
  6. Stack and store until ready to cook.
