Ingredients

  • 1 lb chopped beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (4 oz) can chopped chilies

Instructions

  1. Fry chopped beef and chopped onion until browned; drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning mix. Spread the meat mixture in a greased 10-inch pie plate and top with drained chopped chilies.
  3. In a bowl, beat milk, Bisquick, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter over the meat mixture in the pie plate.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 20 minutes.
  6. Arrange sliced tomatoes over the baked pie and sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake an additional minute or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
  8. Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream.
