- Fry chopped beef and chopped onion until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning mix. Spread the meat mixture in a greased 10-inch pie plate and top with drained chopped chilies.
- In a bowl, beat milk, Bisquick, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour the batter over the meat mixture in the pie plate.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 20 minutes.
- Arrange sliced tomatoes over the baked pie and sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Bake an additional minute or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
- Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream.
