Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the ground beef, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, oatmeal, eggs, salt, and pepper well.
  2. Divide the mixture into 2 or 3 smaller loaves and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 20 minutes.
  4. Drain any grease off the loaves before serving.
