Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. instant onion or 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 16 oz. can pork and beans
  • 12 oz. can whole kernel corn with peppers, drained
  • 10 oz. can tomato soup
  • 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
  3. Add instant onion or chopped onion, garlic salt, chili powder, pork and beans, drained corn, tomato soup, and drained mushrooms to the beef. Stir to combine.
  4. Simmer the mixture while preparing the topping.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake until heated through, about 20-30 minutes.
