- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
- Add instant onion or chopped onion, garlic salt, chili powder, pork and beans, drained corn, tomato soup, and drained mushrooms to the beef. Stir to combine.
- Simmer the mixture while preparing the topping.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake until heated through, about 20-30 minutes.
