Ingredients

  • 3/4 to 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. (6 oz.) tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain the ground beef.
  2. Stir in tomato paste, instant minced onion, Italian seasoning, and salt; cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Prepare refrigerated biscuits and press each into a greased muffin tin cup.
  4. Fill each biscuit with the beef mixture and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake until biscuits are golden and cheese is melted, about 12-15 minutes.
