Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dash of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 apple, pared and coarsely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease the bottom only of a loaf pan.
  3. Mix all ingredients and beat for 30 seconds.
  4. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for about 55 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
