Ingredients
- 1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice ⓘ
- 4 c. chopped vine-ripened tomatoes ⓘ
- 2 c. chopped yellow onions ⓘ
- 2 c. chopped celery ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic ⓘ
- 2 c. chopped, assorted green, red and yellow bell peppers ⓘ
- 2 c. peeled, seeded and chopped cucumbers ⓘ
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro leaves ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley leaves ⓘ
- 1/2 c. chopped scallions (green part only) ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 2 tsp. hot sauce ⓘ
- 1/4 c. fresh lime juice ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice ⓘ
- 1 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir to mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours before serving.
