Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped chutney or peach preserves
  • Almonds, toasted
  • 2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 fresh pineapple

Instructions

  1. Take a fresh pineapple and slice it in half, removing the fruit and using the shell as a dish.
  2. Blend the softened cream cheese, chutney, curry powder, and dry mustard in a food processor with an off-on motion until well blended.
  3. Fill the pineapple shell with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Top with toasted almonds.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving with crackers.
