Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup chutney
  • 3/4 to 1 tablespoon curry
  • assorted crackers
  • peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together and shape into a roll.
  2. Chill the roll in the refrigerator.
  3. Serve on a platter with assorted crackers.
