- Trim the bread and roll out until thin.
- Cream the cream cheese, egg yolks, and sugar until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture thinly over the rolled-out bread.
- Roll up each bread slice with the filling inside.
- Melt the butter in a bowl.
- Mix the light brown sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Dip each roll first in the melted butter, then in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place the coated rolls close together on a cookie sheet.
- Freeze the rolls until firm.
- Remove from freezer and slice each roll in half.
- Place the frozen halves on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
