Cinnamon Date Batter Bread

Instructions
- In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Stir in honey.
- Add butter, salt, and 2 cups of flour.
- Beat with a mixer on low speed until blended.
- Beat for 1 minute on high speed.
- Stir in remaining flour with a wooden spoon.
- Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
- Punch down by stirring with a heavy spoon.
- Add cinnamon and dates or raisins.
- Place in a loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes until loaf sounds hollow when lightly tapped.
- Cool on a wire rack.
