Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup canned cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix cinnamon into sugar; add cream and mix well.
  2. Cook on medium-low heat, stirring constantly; cook to 240°.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add vanilla and nuts.
  5. Stir until syrup coats nuts.
  6. Spread on wax paper to cool.
  7. Break into pieces.
