  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  2. Pour syrup over the batter and nuts.
