Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 1/2 cups cold half and half
  • 1 package vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 1/2 cups Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Soak raisins in orange juice for 30 minutes.
  2. Pour half and half into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add pie filling mix, sugar, and cinnamon. Beat with a wire whisk for 1 minute.
  4. Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes.
  5. Fold in whipped topping, chopped walnuts, and soaked raisins.
  6. Spoon the filling into a prepared crust.
  7. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours.
  8. Remove from freezer and let stand for 10 minutes to soften before serving.
  9. Store the pie in the freezer.
