- Combine flour, cinnamon, and sugar in a bowl.
- Work in the butter or oleo until mixture is crumbly and resembles coarse crumbs.
- Beat 2 eggs and add to the mixture, mixing thoroughly.
- The dough will be very stiff. Divide it into thin layers using layer cake pans.
- Bake each layer until firm and lightly browned, then cool.
- Spread sweetened whipped cream between the layers.
- If desired, grate sweetened chocolate over the top to decorate.
