Ingredients

  • 1 can minced clams
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1 stick saltines
  • 1 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Mix together the beaten egg, milk, and juice from the can of minced clams.
  2. Place the dry ingredients—minced clams, mushrooms, onion, and crushed saltines—in a greased loaf pan.
  3. Pour the milk mixture over the dry ingredients in the pan.
  4. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes at 350°F until golden and cooked through.
