Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 to 4 chopped green onions
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 cans shrimp or crab
  • 1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
  • 3 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Mix the soup and cream cheese over low heat until smooth.
  2. Add unflavored gelatin to the mixture and let it cool.
  3. Combine the cooled mixture with mayonnaise, chopped green onions, chopped celery, and shrimp or crab.
  4. Chill in a bowl or mold for 4 to 6 hours before serving.
