Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 6 1/2 oz. minced clams, well drained
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
  2. Stir in the minced clams, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Cover and chill for about 1 hour.
  4. Shape the mixture into a ball.
  5. In a small bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese and parsley.
  6. Roll the cheese ball in the Parmesan mixture until evenly coated.
  7. Cover and chill for several hours to allow flavors to blend.
  8. Garnish as desired.
  9. Serve with assorted crackers and refrigerate leftovers.
