Classic Chopped Liver

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef liver
  • 4 lg. onions, chopped
  • 3 TB oil
  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Salt liver on both sides. Broil just until done.
  2. 2. Saute onions in oil until translucent.
  3. 3. Grind (using a food processor or food grinder) liver and onions with the oil and eggs. Add salt to taste.
