Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 8 eggs
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • chopped fresh parsley or chives

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir the condensed cream of chicken soup until smooth.
  2. Gradually blend in the beaten eggs and pepper.
  3. In a 10-inch skillet over low heat, melt the margarine or butter.
  4. Pour in the egg mixture.
  5. As eggs begin to set, stir lightly so the uncooked egg flows to the bottom.
  6. Cook until set but still very moist.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley or chives.
  8. Serve immediately.
