Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup golden brown sugar, firmly packed ⓘ

- 1 tablespoon Frangelico ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur ⓘ
- 2 large eggs ⓘ
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon baking soda ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 (11 1/2 oz.) packages milk chocolate chips ⓘ
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans ⓘ
- 1 cup chopped walnuts ⓘ
- 1/2 cup chopped Macadamia nuts ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Using an electric mixer, beat the butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, Frangelico, and coffee liqueur in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and beat well.
- Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.
- Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the butter mixture.
- Mix in the chocolate chips, chopped pecans, chopped walnuts, and chopped Macadamia nuts.
- Drop batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets, spacing apart.
- Bake until cookies are golden brown, about 16 minutes.
- Transfer cookies to racks and cool.
