Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup golden brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Frangelico
  • 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 (11 1/2 oz.) packages milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped Macadamia nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat the butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, Frangelico, and coffee liqueur in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and beat well.
  4. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.
  5. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the butter mixture.
  6. Mix in the chocolate chips, chopped pecans, chopped walnuts, and chopped Macadamia nuts.
  7. Drop batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets, spacing apart.
  8. Bake until cookies are golden brown, about 16 minutes.
  9. Transfer cookies to racks and cool.
