Ingredients

  • 4 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 large packages Lipton onion soup
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tsp. Accent
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 (14 oz.) bottles catsup
  • 2 (10 oz.) jars currant jelly

Instructions

  1. Mix ground chuck, Lipton onion soup, eggs, Accent, and dry bread crumbs together to form meatballs.
  2. Brown the meatballs in butter at 250°F in an electric frypan or on medium-high heat in a regular pan.
  3. Melt catsup and currant jelly in the frypan.
  4. Simmer the meatballs in the sauce for 30 minutes before serving.
