Instructions
- Mix melted butter (not hot), confectioners sugar, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and coconut. Let cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Shape the cooled mixture into balls.
- Melt chocolate chips and paraffin wax in a double boiler.
- Dip the coconut balls into the melted chocolate mixture.
- Remove and place on a buttered cookie sheet.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
