Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 3 eggs
  • 12 oz. coconut
  • 1/4 cup nuts, chopped fine

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients and place in a greased sheet cake pan.
  2. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
