Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 c. dark brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 c. "quick" oats
  • 1/2 c. raisins

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°.
  2. Spread coconut on cookie sheet.
  3. Bake 10 minutes until golden.
  4. Lightly grease cookie sheet.
  5. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
