Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. dates
  • 1/2 lb. cherries, diced
  • 1/2 lb. pineapple (candied)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 21 oz. Angel Flake coconut
  • 2 cans Eagle Brand condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a tube pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the dates, diced cherries, candied pineapple, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut.
  3. Add the two cans of Eagle Brand condensed milk to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased tube pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool before removing from the pan and serving.
