Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup sweet milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 small can coconut
  • a few pecans

Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine in a heavy saucepan.
  2. Add brown sugar, white sugar, and sweet milk to the saucepan.
  3. Bring the mixture to a full boil.
  4. Let it boil for 2 minutes and 45 seconds without stirring.
  5. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
  6. Allow the mixture to cool.
  7. Beat the cooled mixture until smooth.
  8. Add coconut and a few pecans, then mix well.
