Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender for 1 minute.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured 10-inch pie pan.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F.
