Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1 lb. light brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 cup coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Melt the oleo (butter).
  2. Add the sugar, beaten eggs, milk, flour, coconut, and vanilla in that order, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Pour the mixture into Bama tart shells or a 9-inch pie crust.
  4. Bake at 350°F until browned, approximately 25 minutes.
