Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup nuts
  • 1 stick soft margarine
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 2 packages instant coconut cream pudding
  • 3 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, nuts, and margarine and press into a large, square baking pan.
  2. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  3. Prepare the coconut cream pudding according to package instructions using 3 cups of milk.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the baked crust.
  7. Pour the prepared coconut pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Chill the tart for at least 2 hours before serving.
