Coconutty Macaroons

- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Empty both mix pouches into a bowl.
- Add egg white, coconut extract, and 1/2 cup of flaked coconut.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Form dough into 1-inch balls.
- Dip each ball into egg white, then roll in remaining coconut.
- Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Press a candied cherry half into the center of each macaroon.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the coconut is lightly browned.
- Cool for 1 minute on the cookie sheet before removing with a spatula.
