Ingredients

  • 1 lb. salted cod fish
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. yeast
  • 1/4 c. warm water
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 green hot pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 red hot pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 medium sized onion, grated or finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
