Ingredients

  • 10 oz. large noodles
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. skim milk

Instructions

  1. In a large boiling pot, cook the noodles as directed, then drain.
  2. Rinse the noodles under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  3. In a large bowl, blend mayonnaise, chopped onion, chopped celery, sugar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and skim milk.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the bowl and toss to combine.
  5. Blend all ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate.
  6. Serve the salad cold.
