Ingredients

  • 8 oz. twist macaroni
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. plain yogurt
  • 1/4 c. chopped scallions
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 3 c. cubed turkey
  • 1 1/2 c. halved seedless grapes

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni in boiling water according to package instructions; drain and let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled macaroni, mayonnaise, plain yogurt, chopped scallions, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cubed cooked turkey and halved grapes to the mixture and toss gently to combine.
  4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
