Ingredients

  • 1 head raw cauliflower
  • 1 lb. raw broccoli
  • 4 to 5 raw carrots
  • Radishes, sliced
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Clean fresh vegetables.
  2. Cut cauliflower and broccoli into bite-sized flowerets.
  3. Cut carrots diagonally.
  4. Slice radishes.
  5. Chop green onions.
  6. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and garlic salt.
  7. Combine all the prepared vegetables with the dressing.
  8. Refrigerate before serving.
