Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons soft margarine
  • 3 1/2 ounces coconut
  • a sprinkle of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender for a few minutes.
  2. Pour the mixture into a buttered pie plate.
  3. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 30 minutes.
