Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 1/8 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 pound sesame seed
  • 3 sticks margarine
  • 2 1/2 pounds all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 teaspoons aniseed
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 or 3 spoons water

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, water, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Prepare the dough by combining flour, baking powder, salt, sesame seed, and margarine.
  3. Gradually add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rest for a short period.
  5. Divide the dough and shape into desired forms or layers.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) until golden brown, approximately 45 minutes.
  7. Brush the baked Coludia with melted margarine before serving.
