Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. French green beans
  • 1 pkg. baby lima beans
  • 1 pkg. English peas
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 medium onion
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook each package of vegetables separately and drain.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, chopped onion, salt, and pepper to prepare the sauce.
  3. Keep the sauce at room temperature.
  4. Place the cooked vegetables in a serving dish.
  5. Top the vegetables with the sauce.
  6. Arrange sliced hard-cooked eggs on top before serving.
