Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) can green beans, drained
  • 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. saltine crumbs
  • 1/4 c. slivered almonds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine green beans, corn, cream of celery soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, and chopped onion.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ungreased 2-quart baking dish.
  3. Combine saltine crumbs and slivered almonds, then sprinkle over the vegetable mixture.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
