Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen peas and carrots
  • 9 oz. frozen green beans
  • 10 oz. water chestnuts, sliced
  • 3 oz. can mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. sherry
  • 8 oz. shredded sharp cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook frozen vegetables according to package directions. Drain.
  2. Combine the cooked vegetables with water chestnuts, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, sherry, and shredded cheese in a buttered 2-quart casserole.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes.
  4. Stir 2 or 3 times during baking.
